All tariffs are based on 2 adults sharing.
High Season ...
1st April 2011 - 31st October 2011 inclusive.
Bed and breakfast £29.00 to £30.00 pppn,
Minimum charge per room per night £58.00.
Low Season ...
1st November 2011 - 31st March 2012 inclusive.
Bed and breakfast £29.00 pppn.
Minimum charge per room per night £58.00.
Children sharing with 2 adults :
0-1 no charge ; 1-3 ¼ price ; 4-10 ½ price ; 11-15 ¾ price ; 16 + full price.
Reduced rates on bookings of 3 nights or more.
Additional reduction of £10 for pensioners on weekly bookings
Terms & Conditions
A £20.00 deposit is required per room, please make cheque out to "The Edwardian Guest House"
(we are sorry but we are not set up to take credit or debit cards).
Full payment can be made by cash or cheque - up to the cheque card limit.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation deposits are not refundable.
We recommend you take out holiday insurance. We do not accept responsibility for valuables left in rooms - valuables can be left with the proprietors for safe keeping.
Your room will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival, if you arrive early you can access your room if it is ready or leave your luggage with us for safe keeping.
We request that you vacate you room by 10 am on the day of your departure to enable us to prepare the room for incoming guests.
